Deckers' sales reps forecast thousands of SKUs across brands, channels, regions, and seasonal rounds. Apollo turns that spreadsheet sprawl into one platform: create a season, assign items to reps, track forecast rounds, and roll everything up in real time.
A rep's home screen answers three questions at a glance: which round is active, which accounts are still outstanding, and how booked compares to forecast. Notifications surface exactly the events that cost money when missed: overdue rounds, resubmitted forecasts, bookings exceeding forecast.
Managers see their reps' books as collapsible rosters: four reps, their brands, their item counts. Expanding a rep reveals the full item table; a filter rail narrows by account, division, or class. Bulk actions handle the reality of territory changes: select eleven items, move them to another rep or a new forecast bucket in one modal.

Creating a season is a structured form (brand, channel, region, season, year), and the season name assembles itself from those choices, so naming stays consistent across the org. Forecasting rounds are added inline with due and close dates, no separate admin screen.
